The process
How your piece is redesigned

Brief
We begin by listening. Send us photos of the piece and tell us where you want to take it.

Creative direction
Within 3 working days you receive two drawn proposals: silhouette, construction, techniques. Two different routes. You pick yours, before a single stitch is made.

Atelier
The piece goes into the atelier in your city. Every technique is chosen on purpose, from deconstructing the structure to hand finishing, and it passes to hands used to the precision the major luxury houses ask for.

Delivery
It comes back as a new piece, with a past behind it. One of a kind, because nobody else started where you started.
Why we redesign
We work with pieces that carry weight. A coat that came to you from someone. A dress tied to a day you remember. A jacket in a cloth you can no longer find. Pieces you don't wear and won't give up, even if they no longer look like you.
Our design comes out of Italian tailoring culture. We work across Italy, the United Kingdom and New York.
How does the process work?
· Send us your brief through the site or on WhatsApp: photos, a description, style references. · Within 3 working days you receive 2 design proposals. · You choose one and confirm the order. · You send us the piece with the label we prepare, and it goes straight to the tailor. · We redesign it. · It comes back to you.
How long does it take?
At least 3 weeks from when we receive the piece, and longer if the work is complex. If anything changes, we tell you before it happens.
How much does a redesign cost?
Every piece starts from something you already own and becomes entirely one-of-one: the price reflects our creative direction, the hours of atelier craft, and the fact that no two redesigns are ever alike. Our Redesigns start from €300: a full reimagining with new structure, new proportions, a new life. More complex pieces, such as multi-garment projects or a wedding dress, reach couture level and are priced accordingly. We also work on smaller touches, curated and design-led changes, with a quote made for your piece. Your quote arrives within 3 working days, together with the design proposals.
